Returns

You may change your mind, you may not like the color, or your significant other may give you a hard time because you didn't talk to her/him before you bought it! No worries, it happened to us before!! 

In our office, we believe that happy customers mean "happy life", so if you need to return an item you bought, we have a 30-day return policy after the delivery date for all our products. 


The process is simple and hassle-free, with 3 steps:
1) Please contact us at customer-service@zappaccessrories.com, with your order number.
2) We will give you the instructions on how to proceed with your package. 
3) We will credit you back after the product is returned.

Just please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
