    What is your return policy?

    In our office, we believe that happy customers mean happy life, so if you need to return an item you bought, we have a 30-day return policy after the delivery date for all our products. 


    The process is simple and hassle-free, with 3 steps:
    1) Please contact us, with your order number.
    2) We will give you the instructions on how to proceed with your package. 
    3) We will credit you back after the product is returned, with no further questions asked.

    What is that Donation thing?

    Seriously now, we believe in giving back! That is in our DNA.

    So, for every single order in our store, we donate $0.50 to charity. It seems low, but when you add thousands of orders, it adds up quite quickly, which is nice!!! We also give you an opportunity to donate - you will see a box in the shopping cart. You don't need to so, but we strongly encourage you! This is what life is for! We need to think about a big purpose!!!

    We usually rotate and change our charity organizations every quarter, so we can spread the love! That said, we feel very strongly about the following causes:
